Avocado Lentils Rice Beans

Sometimes it’s just that simple. Four ingredients and you have a yummy delicious meal.

  1. Avocado (just cut open and slice)
  2. Red Lentils (cook up a batch in advance and enjoy for different meals during the week)
  3. Jasmine Rice (same as the lentils)
  4. Kidney Beans (open a can)
