You won’t believe how delicious this combination of ingredients is
- sweet potato: 1
- cinnamon: 1 teaspoon (start with less and add to taste)
- pecans: 6-10
- cover sweet potato in tin foil and place in a baking dish
- bake at 425° for approximately 90 minutes (you want the sweet potato to cook until really soft and it starts to carmelize)
- peel the skin from sweet potato and put it in a bowl
- add the desired amount of cinnamon and mix well with a spoon
- top with whole or chopped pecans
