chia seed mixed berry jam

-1 cup frozen mixed berries

(raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)

-1 tablespoon chia seeds

put frozen berries in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes

mash with a fork or blend with a food processor

add the chia seeds and stir

let sit at least 15 minutes or refrigerate if using later

put it on toast, oatmeal or anything you’d like
