1 slice sourdough bread: toasted
1/2 avocado: mashed
salt (optional, but really brings out the flavors)
black beans (mashed)
tiny tomatoes: sliced in half and cooked in a frying pan until soft
toast the slice of bread
spread the mashed avocado on top
sprinkle with salt
spread the mashed black beans
finish it off with the tomatoes
you just might want to eat this every day!
