flax egg: 1
oat milk: 1/4 cup
cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon
sourdough bread: 2-3 pieces
-whisk flax egg, oat milk & cinnamon in a shallow dish
-dip bread in the mixture
-place on a parchment-lined baking sheet
bake at 450°
15 minutes 1st side, flip
5 minutes 2nd side
top with pure maple syrup, fresh strawberries, & drizzle with almond butter

tips: flax egg: mix 1 tablespoon flax meal & 2 tablespoons of water in a small dish. put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
