spinach (packed)2 cups
mini red bell pepper1
celery3 stalks
garlic1/2 clove
shredded carrot1 cup
fresh basil1-2 leaves

<add everything to a blender and mix until smooth>

great to put in a travel bottle & take it with you for an all-day snack or have it as a meal. drink it or eat it with a spoon. It’s thick, hearty, & delicious!

tips: chop up mini red bell pepper, celery & garlic before adding to the blender.
