dates | 6 |
almond butter | 3 tablespoons |
flax meal | 1 tablespoon |
unsweetened coconut flakes | 1 tablespoon (and a few extra pieces for topping) |
- add everything to a food processor and give it a whirl
- scoop mixture with a small cookie scoop & roll into balls (apx 1 tablespoon)
- add a few pieces of the coconut flakes on top of each ball & and flatten with a fork
eat immediately or refrigerate and enjoy them cold
